children at Sheer Love Rwanda learning center have different activities ranging from studying to participating in sports and games. Volunteers join the team to engage the children in these activities while providing counseling and listening to them daily.
How to volunteer at Sheer Love Rwanda?
A volunteer is anyone who is willing to give and support the mission of Sheer Love Rwanda without any compensation. Volunteers add value to the work of Sheer Love Rwanda by using their skills to impact the lives of the children in the community.
Where should volunteers come from?
Volunteers are from anywhere in the world as long as they can work easily with Sheer Love Rwanda Team. Volunteers can work remotely or in person at Sheer Love Rwanda. However, some volunteer work might be specific to where volunteers should be based.
What are the skills required to become a volunteer?
Sheer Love Rwanda is looking for dedicated individuals who can add value to the current work and activities. The heart to serve is the most important part of volunteer work. Sheer Love Team believes in growth and learning. So, individuals without designated skills but willing to serve the children are welcome and can learn from other volunteers or teams of Sheer Love Rwanda.
However, individuals with professional skills in teaching, counseling, family empowerment programs, and fundraising are encouraged to support.
When it is a good time to volunteer
Most volunteers work any time during the year depending on the work they are engaged in. However, teaching volunteers will be subjected to work during the school break period. During break periods, the children attend every day at Sheer Love Rwanda. So, they can have plenty of time to support the children easily.

An ambassador is any individual in any given area who wishes to spread the word about our work and represent Sheer Love Rwanda in his community. Ambassadors work closely with Sheer Love Rwanda Team. Anyone within any community can be an ambassador and represent us in their community.
What is the role of the ambassadors?
Ambassadors look for opportunities within their reach that can benefit the mission of Sheer Love Rwanda. They connect us with schools, churches, organizations, or individuals interested in working with us.

Sheer Love Rwanda children's role models are the special friends of children. They choose to closely encourage their friends through long-time relationships. They walk alongside the children of their choices as they work on their quarterly goals.
Who can be a role model
The role model at Sheer Love Rwanda is the individual who is willing to motivate and walk with the children through their journey to success. The role model can be a child or an adult willing to contribute to someone else's success and establish a long-term relationship with a child at Sheer Love Rwanda.
What is the role model?
The role model keeps the child motivated through their friendship. The role model regularly writes a motivation letter to his/her friend.
